Industrial Processes and Manufacturing

Like power plants, industrial and manufacturing facilities use water for cooling, heating, and processes.  These facilities include once-through cooling and cooling towers operated in petrochemical plants, food processing, materials processing, and chemicals manufacturing. Employed in both sea and fresh water, Mexel 432/0 has been used in heat exchangers, condensers, cooling towers, and service water circuits in numerous locations world-wide seen in our industrial case studies.  The Mexel process has eliminated the need for several conventional treatment products such as hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide, bromine, surfactants, ferrous sulfate, and mechanical ball cleaning.

Mexel can also be an important component for the CWA 316(b) compliance planning, for more information see Mexel and Clean Water Act 316(b) Compliance Program Planning.
